ZN85-40.5 (3AV3) indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as "circuit breaker") is mainly used in three phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 35kV power system, suitable for protecting and controlling electric appliances for industrial and mining enterprise, power plant and substation in places with different load and frequency operation.

Model and meaning

Normal operating conditions and installation conditions

Ambient air temperature: no more than 40°C; daily average temperature does not exceed 35°C; minimum ambient air temperature is -25°C.
Relative humidity: The daily average is not more than 95%, the monthly average is not more than 90%; the daily average value of water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2kPa; the monthly average value is not more than 1.8kPa;
Altitude: no more than 1000m;
There is no obvious contamination of dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, steam, or salt spray around;
Vibration or ground motion from the switchgear and control equipment is negligible;
The magnitude of induced electromagnetic interference in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6 kV.

Structure features

The vacuum circuit breaker adopts the integrated and modular design. The whole structure is simple and reasonable, it is placed up and down, the arc extinguishing chamber part is on the top, the interlocking and the operating part are at the bottom. Use special spring air operating mechanism, no adjustment, operation is stable and reliable.
The vacuum interrupter of the three-phase circuit of the circuit breaker is arranged in a closed insulating cylinder. The insulation barrel is made of the reliable electromechanical material and use mature vacuum pouring process. This not only makes the insulation performance of the phase significantly increased, but also makes each phase loop not affected by the external environment, which can prevent dust and foreign objects from entering the leading loop, and reduce the overall size of the circuit breaker.
The vacuum circuit breaker adopts WL-35855X vacuum interrupter or adopts the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber with a coil type longitudinal high magnetic field structure from the latest domestic design. It uses a ceramic shell, copper wall chromium contact material, with a small size, high insulation level, arc extinguishing ability, long electrical life and excellent breaking and closing short-circuit current performance.
Principle of mechanical action
The circuit breaker is mainly composed of conductive circuit, arc extinguishing system, insulation system and operation system. The dynamic conductive rod of the arc extinguishing chamber is connected with the operating mechanism by insulating rod and the transmission rod.
Closing operation: The operating mechanism store energy from motor to closing spring . After the closing electromagnet acted, the closing spring pushes the crank arm to rotate counterclockwise through the cam and connecting rod, and the turning arm drives the linkage mechanism and the screw upward to complete the closing operation, at the same time, store energy of opening spring and contact pressure spring, to keep certain pressure for arc extinguishing chamber and prepare for the opening operation.
Opening operation: Act after the opening electromagnet is energized, the closing button in the operating mechanism is unbuckled and tripped, the moving guide rod of the arc extinguishing chamber moves down driven by the opening spring, so that the vacuum chamber can complete the opening operation.
Human energy storage operation: the manual storage operation handle is inserted into the socket of the operating mechanism, and then swinging right and left (about 60), the energy storage of the closing spring is completed by the unidirectional bearing. After energy storage, the operation of opening and closing can be realized by hand pressing opening-closing buttons.
