Scope of Application

TXC65LE-63 Residual Current Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as ELCB breaker) is used for the line of AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V, rated current of 50A, as leakage and overload protection for home and similar purposes, to prevent the fire or the personnel casualty caused by circuit leakage or electric shock, also to provide over-voltage protection for excessively rised voltage caused by the grid fault.
This ELCB breaker complies with standards of IEC61009-1: 1996, GB16917.1 "Residual current operated circuit-breakers with overcurrent protection for household and similar purposes (RCBO) Part 1: General rules" and other standards.
Common models of TXC65LE series ELCB breaker includes, they are current action type electronic leakage circuit breakers, consist of the TXC65 MCB and leakage release. When leakage or personal electric shock happen in the protection circuit, as long as the leakage current I △ reaches the operating current value, the circuit breaker will immediately take action to cut off the power supply, which play a role in leakage and electric shock protection, while ELCB breaker can also protect overload and short-circuit in the circuit.

■ The external magnetic field of installation site in any direction should not exceed 5 times of the geomagnetic field;
■ TH35-7.5 rail installation, installed in the distribution box, power distribution cabinet or box;
■ The installation adopts vertical installation, The inclination of the mounting plane to the vertical plane should not exceed ± 5 °, handle-up means power-on.

Protection characteristics

1、Leakage circuit breaker has function of leakage protection, and also protect excessive rise of voltage caused by power failuren. Overvoltage setting value Uvo=280V, Setting range Uvo±5%(Only used in lines with rated voltage of AC 230V).
