Scope of Application

CJ20 AC contactor ( AC/DC contactor), mainly used in the circuit of AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated voltage to 660V, rated operating current to 630A, for long-distance making and breaking circuit, and combination with the appropriate thermal overload relay, to protect the circuit that operation may overload. AC/DC contactor meets standards of IEC60947-4-1, GB14048.4.

Model and meaning

Normal operating conditions and installation conditions

Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃, the average does not exceed +35℃ within 24 hours.
Altitude: not more than 2000m.
Atmospheric conditions: the maximum temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 50%; at lower temperatures can allow a higher relative humidity, for example, +20℃ up to 90%, special measures should be taken for condensation produced occasionally due to temperature changes.
Pollution level: 3.
Installation category: Ⅲ.
Installation conditions: The inclination of the installation surface and the vertical plane is not more than ±5°.
Shock Vibration: The AC/DC contactor should be installed and used in the place without significant shaking, shock and vibration.

Structural features

Contact system of AC/DC contactor for the arrangement of direct-acting and double-break, auxiliary contact of CJ20-40A and more as separate component installed in the both sides of the main contact, is separation in the electrical.
CJ20-10~25A AC/DC contactors can be installed with screws or 35mm standard card rails.
CJ20-10~16A AC/DC contactors use a double breakpoint simple opening arc chamber, and the rest use multi-longitudinal seam arcing cover or arcing cover enclosures, with high breaking capacity, high reliability.
CJ20-63~630 energy-saving AC/DC contactors have DC general power-saving module, not only can derive muffler energy-saving products or DC operation products, and do not take up auxiliary contacts, thus greatly improving product reliability and life.
