Introduction

TXM1LZ series intelligent residual current operated circuit breaker (referred to as leakage circuit breaker) is the latest generation of leakage circuit breaker products developed by our company in recent years with superior performance and complete functions. The product has won several national patents. It is suitable for low-voltage power grids with three-phase four-wire neutral point direct grounding (TT grounding system). It is used to provide indirect contact protection for personal electric shock hazard, and can also protect grounding faults, overcurrents, short circuits, etc. of lines or electricity.

Characteristics

The product has three types of common type, electronic adjustable type, and communication type 2.1, common type with residual current adjustable, auxiliary power supply over-voltage and under-current protection, automatic reclosing, residual current display, and action status indication. And other practical features.
2.2. The electronic adjustable type has the above functions and also increases the current setting function. The digital tube can also display the three-phase load current. In actual power consumption, the circuit breaker current can be set according to the size of the digital tube display power load. Setting value.
2.3.1. Communication: The communication type product is connected to the GPRS communication template, and can send the status message to the manager's mobile phone. (Communication type operation instructions are attached)

Normal working conditions

Product installation and function setting

6.1. Before power-on installation, put the power switch of the leakage circuit breaker in the “off” position! Green "point" is displayed in the opening and closing indication window
6.2. The product should be installed vertically and fixed with screws through the mounting holes.
6.3 According to the rated current of the product, select the appropriate wire according to the standard (Table 3) and strictly follow the specified wiring. The circuit breaker indicates that the terminal 1, 3, 5, N are the power terminal of the main circuit, and the lower wiring is 2, 4, 6 , N is the load twist line end. The wire must be connected to the copper connector. After the wiring is completed, install the arc shield correctly.

6.4 leakage circuit breaker closing operation
a) Put the power switch on the earth leakage breaker in the "on" position. The digital display and the "power indicator" light are on. The electric closing mechanism automatically closes the leakage circuit breaker after 20s-60s, and the red "close" is displayed in the split indication window.
b) If the leakage circuit breaker is in the off state, do not close the power switch of the earth leakage circuit breaker, insert the hexagonal screw wrench placed on the panel into the screw hole of the “manual opening and closing”, and rotate the wrench clockwise until the closing The red "close" is displayed in the split indication window. (Used when the closing motor is damaged, normally it is not necessary to operate C.) When the leakage circuit breaker is closed for normal operation, it can be controlled by external terminals 3, 4"
"Brake reset", if 3, 4 is disconnected, the leakage circuit breaker is automatically closed again, and the green in the indicator window is "closed"
6.5, leakage circuit breaker disconnect operation
a) Disconnect the leakage circuit breaker in the non-on-off state: insert the hexagon socket wrench into the screw hole of the manual opening and closing valve, and rotate the wrench clockwise until the green “point” is displayed in the opening and closing indication window.
b) Disconnecting operation of the leakage circuit breaker in the energized closing state: press the “T” button, the leakage circuit breaker will trip; the greening “minute” will appear in the dividing indication window; the “leakage indication” light will be on.
(There will be an automatic reclosing).
C) Short-circuit trip reset "External terminal block" 3, 4, leakage circuit breaker trip, green "minute" in the split indication window.
6.6, settings and display
a) Current setting (electronic adjustable type): The power switch is in the on state, press the “Setting button continuously, press the rated current LED to flash, then press the “+-Query” button, the flashing LED will follow “+-Query” ” Move the button left and right, move the current you need to set, then press “Confirm”
The key, the LED light does not flash, the setting is successful, press the “Exit” button to return to the normal display.
b) Residual current setting: When the power switch is in the on state, press the “Settings” button continuously, press the remaining current LED to flash and press the “+-Query” button. The flashing LED will follow “+-Query”.
Move the key left or right to the remaining action current you need to set, then press the “OK” button, the LED light does not flash. If you press the “Exit” button to return to the normal display.
c) The remaining action time is set according to the above method.
d) Leakage (gradual change) automatic tracking function setting, the power switch is in the open state, press continuously
Set the "key", press to the leakage automatic tracking function LED light flashes, press the "+-Query" button to move left and right to open and close, select to open or close, press the "OK" button, the LED light does not flash successfully, press the "Exit" button Return to the normal state display. In the automatic tracking, it can increase or decrease the leakage slowly according to the leakage in the line, and can automatically raise or lower the leakage action gear position to realize the automatic tracking and locking function of the leakage action value, so that the leakage circuit breaker is ideal in leakage. If the leakage current exceeds the highest level of the leakage design, the leakage circuit breaker trips and there is an automatic after the trip Closed. If the leakage suddenly increases beyond the set action value, the leakage circuit breaker will immediately trip and there will be an automatic closing.
e) Leakage alarm does not trip, phase loss protection function, set according to the above method. Note: Turning on the leakage alarm without tripping must be enabled by the design department or the power supply management department.
f) Query record: When the power switch is in the on state, press the “+-query” button, the first two digits of the digital tube E0*** display the fault sequence EO, E1...EF total 16 records, the last three digits show the fault Code and fault value or fault status. The fault code Ld represents the leakage dL represents short circuit, qZ represents overload, qY represents undervoltage, qX represents phase loss, and d represents zero.
A, B, C, and N indicate failures of the A phase, the B phase, the C phase, and the N phase in the fault state.
6.7. After closing for 5 seconds, press the “T” button to trip the circuit breaker and automatically reclose within 20~60 seconds. If you press the “T” button immediately, you must turn the power switch on or off once or indirectly for two minutes and then press the “T” button. Otherwise, press the “T” button. The circuit breaker will self-lock after tripping and cannot automatically reclose.
6.8 When the residual current exceeds the residual operating current value, the leakage circuit breaker should immediately trip and have a reclosing. If the residual current still exceeds the action value after closing, it will immediately trip again and self-lock, unable to reclose automatically, and eliminate the short circuit. After the fault, turn on and off the power switch of the earth leakage circuit breaker, and automatically close the earth leakage circuit breaker.
6.9. Overload, short circuit trip, “overload” and “short circuit” fault indicator lights. At this time, there is no automatic reclosing. After eliminating short circuit and overload fault, turn on and off the power switch of the leakage circuit breaker and re-close the leakage circuit breaker automatically.
6.10. Over-voltage, phase loss, and zero-break fault trip. The “undervoltage”, “phase loss” and “zero-off” indicators are on, and the fault is restored to normal. At this time, the leakage circuit breaker automatically recloses.
6.11. For the external port, see the port label. 1, 2 communication port, 3, 4 short circuited leakage circuit breaker will automatically open when the power is normally closed, 3, 4 disconnect will automatically close, 5, 6, 7 is leakage and any fault alarm touch Head, under normal working conditions, 5, 6 normally open, 6, 7 normally closed, if the line is arbitrarily faulty, or the leakage alarm is not tripped, the current leakage fault occurs.
6 is in normal close, 6, 7 is in normal open.
Note: The external terminal is already an active terminal. The connection between the external terminal of the residual current circuit breaker and the self-locking button must not be connected to any other power supply! Doing so can damage the earth leakage circuit breaker.
