SCOPE OF APPLICATION

TXB8F-125 Auto Reclosing Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), suitable for the circuit of AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage up to 400V, rated current up to 120A, remote control disconnect and close the circuit breaker, can use the automatic signals to control the opening and closing of the circuit breaker at the same time, provide protection of overload and short circuit for circuits, can also be used with no-voltage release to achieve functions of opening after power-off and automatic closing after power-on. At present, TXB8F-125 Auto Reclosing Circuit Breaker is widely used in photovoltaic grid AC distribution box, and the occasions where people are hard to approach, where maintenance personnel can not arrive in time, unattended occasions, occasions with high power supply continuity requirements.
DHB8F-125 Self-Reset Circuit Breaker, is a new type researched and developed independently by TAIXI, which can achieve functions of automatically open the circuit and automatically turn on the circuit, but also achieve the effective protection for the line and terminal equipment, meanwhile feedback the state signal of closing and opening.
Standards of TXB8F-125 Auto Reclosing Circuit Breaker: GB10963.1, IEC60898-1, with the international advanced level.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES


◆ TXB8F-125 series electric meter external miniature circuit breaker is assembled by 1P+N or 3P+N high segment miniature circuit breaker and standard 1P intelligent tripping and reclosing module.
◆ The external small circuit breaker of the electric meter needs to receive the remote control signal (such as the control signal of the electric energy meter, etc.) to realize the remote reclosing function;
◆ All poles have over current protection and short circuit protection functions;
◆ The rated short-circuit breaking capacity is up to 10KA;
◆ The external circuit breaker of the electric meter has two working modes of "automatic" and "manual", and has LED indicator (lighting is normal charging state)
◆ The front side of the external circuit breaker of the meter is provided with standard interfaces for closing signal (C) and feedback signal (F);
◆ The external miniature circuit breaker of the electric meter is in "manual mode" and does not support the remote closing function (similar to the function of the prepaid special circuit breaker for the electric energy meter)
◆ In any state, the external miniature circuit breaker of the meter cannot be closed manually after receiving the opening command and tripping, and the internal contacts are always in the open position when closing.
◆ The reclosing circuit breaker has a memory function. When the power is cut off again, the product will always keep the working state when the power is cut off;
◆ The remote automatic closing time of the reclosing circuit breaker is less than 2s;
◆ The static power consumption of the intelligent trip reclosing module of the reclosing circuit breaker is less than 0.2ma;
◆ When the air switch of the electric meter is in the state of "user arrears", the internal contact always handles the disconnection position, and it cannot be closed manually;
◆ The air switch of the electric meter adopts the internal shaft synchronous transmission mode to realize the automatic closing function;
◆ The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is a free relea
